The Backstory

The Bodymind—a deep reservoir of Inner Knowing—is something we all have.
I’m an only child—a watcher and listener. It’s in my DNA.

My family moved often when I was young—six times by sixth grade, which I completed in New York City. The moment we arrived, I knew I was home.

I graduated from Northwestern University as a Drama Major and soon realized I was more interested in the backstories of characters than in performing them. That led me to the other side of the camera.

I spent nearly two decades in live television, building a multiple Emmy-winning career. My work included Good Morning America, ABC News, World News Tonight, ABC Sports, and CBS Sports, where I became the first woman to produce a full season of NFL games.

I loved it—until I didn’t. Literally in the middle of a conversation, I had my own galvanizing turning point and left the business without any kind of plan. I’m living proof that you don’t always need one to begin again.
In time, I found myself drawn to Wellness—first as a Personal Trainer working with clients in the midst of life’s turning points, and eventually as a nationally certified Energy Healing Practitioner, well-versed in several modalities.

I have become a Quickener—someone who helps things move faster, become more active, or be revitalized. My work reflects the many layers of my own backstory: deep listening, sharp perception, rapid assessment, and lean efficiency—tempered by the elegance of Energy Balancing.

In many ways, I’m still a Producer. I’ve simply moved from the Media Arts to the Healing Arts. My straight, no chaser approach remains the same.
